How do I place an order?
Browse or search for what you need, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery as well as the online payment options shown at checkout. Available methods may vary by city and seller.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your city and the seller's location. You'll see an estimated delivery date before you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Go to the Orders section of your account to see the live status of every order, from confirmation to delivery.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I create an account?
Tap Sign in, then Create account. You can register with your phone number or email in just a moment.
How do I reset my password?
