Everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders and how returns and refunds work.

Delivery areas

We deliver across major cities in Pakistan, with coverage expanding to more areas all the time. Available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your address.

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city and the seller's location. Estimated delivery dates are shown before you place your order.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Some shops offer free delivery over a minimum order value.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can track its status anytime from the Orders section of your account.

Returns eligibility

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.

Some items, such as perishable goods and personal-care products, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to return an item

Open the order in your account, select the item you want to return, and follow the steps. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no extra cost.
