By creating an account or placing an order on Mashoor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout and depend on your location. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Eligible items may be returned within the window described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to disrupt the service, posting unlawful content, or infringing the rights of sellers or other users.

Mashoor connects buyers with local sellers and shops. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by sellers, who are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

The Mashoor name, logo, and platform content are owned by Mashoor and may not be used without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mashoor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mashoor after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
